Browsing and local tools
The comparison shortlist and consultation checklist use local storage in your browser. They are not sent to KGIVF. Clear the selection or checklist, or delete this site’s browser data, to remove them.
The budget calculator runs in your browser. Its entered amounts are neither stored by the calculator nor transmitted to KGIVF. No medical-file upload is offered.
No advertising pixels or third-party behavioural analytics are configured in this launch. Google Fonts may receive a normal font request, including your IP address. Cloudflare serves the website and may process technical request data for delivery and security.
Contact messages
If you submit the contact form, we store the name you provide, email address, topic, optional clinic or page reference, message, submission identifier and timestamp in a Cloudflare D1 database so the site operator can review it. Do not include medical records, passport numbers or other sensitive personal details.
To limit abuse, a daily one-way hash of the request IP is used for submission rate limiting. The contact record itself does not contain an IP address. Rate-limit records older than two days and messages older than 90 days are removed when the form processes a later submission; the system does not promise deletion on an exact clock schedule.
Keep your submission reference. To ask for access or removal, submit a new privacy request from the same email address with that reference. Identity may need to be confirmed. No automatic acknowledgement email or response-time guarantee is provided.
External websites and providers
Following a provider link, calling a provider or opening an email link takes you outside the KGIVF website. The provider or service has its own privacy terms. KGIVF does not receive records you send directly to a clinic.
This policy reflects the launch configuration dated 27 October 2026. If data collection changes, the policy should be updated before the new feature is used.
KGIVF publishes research and practical questions, not individual treatment plans. No clinician or lawyer is named as a reviewer of this page. Ask appropriately qualified professionals about your circumstances.
