Launch position
No paid placements, affiliate links or referral commissions have been configured in this launch version. Links currently take readers to the identified provider website without a referral tracking code.
Directory order is alphabetical. A provider appearing on the home page is not a clinical ranking or endorsement.
Any future paid relationships
If sponsorship or referral arrangements are introduced, affected placements and links must be labelled and this policy updated. Payment must not be presented as independent licensing verification or medical quality.
Commercial arrangements involving healthcare or cross-border surrogacy require an appropriate review of applicable rules before implementation.
Scope of the website
KGIVF does not deliver treatment, issue legal opinions, recruit or match surrogates, or guarantee outcomes, prices, appointments, parentage or travel documents.
Make medical decisions with a qualified treating team and legal decisions with qualified counsel. The contracts and fees for a provider’s services are between the relevant parties, not created by a directory listing.
KGIVF publishes research and practical questions, not individual treatment plans. No clinician or lawyer is named as a reviewer of this page. Ask appropriately qualified professionals about your circumstances.
